![]() Patricia Domser P.T. CHT received her Physical Therapy Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975. She obtained a Masters Degree from the University of New York. Relocating to Maryland, Pat enjoyed teaching at the University of Maryland Physical Therapy School and practiced in the Carroll County School system. She opened the first of the 4 clinics in Westminster in 1983. Continuing her education and interest in hand therapy, Pat earned Certification in Hand Therapy in 1998. Out of the office, she enjoys the theater, walking and travel. She reside in Carroll County with her family. ![]() Julie Plummer P.T. graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine with a degree in Physical Therapy. Joining Pat in partnership in 1991, she directed the opening of the Mt. Airy office and the Taneytown location. As Director of Clinical Education for Domser & Plummer, Julie works with our Maryland Physical Therapy Programs & Carroll Community Physical Therapist assistant programs in establishing internship placement for their students. Julie has been practicing in Orthopedics for 23 years. With an interest in sports and an avid skier, she enjoys working with knee injuries in particular. Other areas of study include Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. She recently became certified with Ergomed Corporation to perform pre-employment orthopedic screenings and drug testing. Out of the office she breeds and shows English Setters, swims and ski's. Julie resides in Pennsylvania with her family. ![]() Cheryl Costin, PTA, graduated with honors from Carroll Community College in 2000 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science. She joined Domser and Plummer in 2002. Cheryl is assisting with the Ergomed Pre-Employment screens. She enjoys working with all Orthopedic injuries. Out of the office, she enjoys weight lifting, gardening and shopping. Cheryl resides in Mt. Airy with her husband and son. ![]() Bri Dodrer, PTA, graduated from Carroll Community College in 2014 with an Applied Science degree and is a board certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Bri joined Domser and Plummer 2 years ago as a PT tech while obtaining her degree. She is now employed primarily in our Mt. Airy office where she enjoys working with all orthopedic and sports injury patients. She continues pursuing particular studies in Rotator Cuff Repairs and Total Knee Replacements. Bri lives in Carroll County with her husband. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, shopping and relaxing on the beach. ![]() Jennifer Haines , P.T.A., graduated from Carroll Community College with a Physical Therapist Assistants degree and is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland. She joined our practice in the summer of 2007. Coming to us with 13 years of outpatient orthopedic experience as a technician and then a therapist. Jennifer works in our Taneytown and Westminster offices. She enjoys working with all types of orthopedic injuries. Jennifer resides in Carroll County with her family. Rhonda Ferrell graduated from Carroll Community College in 2015 with an Applied Science degree. She is a board certified Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Maryland and Pennsylvania and joined Domser & Plummer in 2016. Rhonda enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses. She lives in Frederick county with her husband and daughter and enjoys running, hiking with her family, reading and is an avid orchid grower. ![]() Kevin Miller PTA graduated from Carroll Community College with a degree in Applied Science and completed his state boards in 2013 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Kevin joined the Domser and Plummer team in 2015 and recently transferred to our Westminster facility. His experience has been focused in outpatient Orthopedics and Rehabilitation with experience in all areas of Orthopedics. Kevin enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with his family outside of work. Lisa Phelps P.T. joined Domser and Plummer this year practicing in our Mt. Airy facility. She graduated from Daemen College in New York in 1988. Lisa began her career in southern California and became board certified in Maryland in 1996. Lisa has extensive experience working in Orthopedics and enjoys treating patients of all ages. Her experience also includes Nursing, Home Health and Hospital settings. She has specialized in evaluations and treatments of the spine, shoulders, elbows, hands, as well as, joint replacements. Lisa has gained additional educational training in manual therapy, Makenzie techniques for the spine, Kinesio taping and TMJ. Out of the office Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 boys and their dog. She is involved in her church and has been an avid runner completing 37 marathons, 6 ultra marathons as well as triathlons. Lisa can be reached for an appointment at our MT.
